How do we get the laws changed in our state?

Florida has so many people that have no clue that the right lane is for passing that I would like to know what can be done to change the state laws and promote awareness of the most basic a traffic rules.

| It is crazy! I always get over and try not to stay too long in the left lane. People just have to pay attention. They don't know where the other person is going! Could be an emergency. |

| I just moved to Florida a few months back. I've lived in 14 other states and have to say, are the rules of the raod the opposite of all the other states? The left lane must be the slow lane & the right apparently is for passing! People have NO clue how to be considerate and get the heck over, out of the left lane if they're not passing. The whole flow of traffic is impeded because a couple of yahoos want be 'left lane bandits'. They could get over to the right, let people pass, then get back over to pass the semis in the right. It should just be common sense. How many wrecks and incedents of road-rage occur because of these rude, ignorant and inconsiderate people, I wonder. |

| Florida is tough with all the Blue Hairs and Cubans all driving down the same road. Pass and get over. Hopefully they'll get the message. Meanwhile,
call your congressman. They can help. There are laws getting passed all the time. |
